Expeditions begin in Iquitos and travel on an overnight riverboat up the Amazon and Ucayali rivers to the small town of Jenaro Herrera and on to the Aucayacu camp on the Aucayacu river. From here expeditions go further into the jungle as far as the Brazillian border, exploring the Aucayacu area and Aucayacu river, Lobo river, Galvez river, the Matses village of Remoyacu near Brazil and the forests and rivers in between.
